Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities and increase guest satisfaction Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction through attentive service Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills, basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling, and a team-oriented attitude Embark on an exciting journey where your passion for hospitality meets professional growth!
