As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring that our patrons receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using our POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet food safety standards. Sanitate tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Maintain knowledge of current menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests. Requirements Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
