Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards throughout service Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to maintain smooth operations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties using Toast POS Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of Toast POS Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Ability to multitask efficiently with effective time management during high-volume shifts Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is a plus for better understanding of menu items and preparation processes Strong communication skills for guest interactions and teamwork within the restaurant environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
