Emmaline's Cocktails & Provisions Located inside the DoubleTree by Hilton Greenville Airpor Emmaline's Cocktails & Provisions is looking for hospitality-driven servers who take pride in creating memorable dining experiences. Featuring a scratch-made kitchen and craft cocktail bar, Emmaline's serves hotel guests, travelers, and Greenville locals in a warm, polished atmosphere. What You'll Do Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression Guide guests through the menu and provide thoughtful recommendations. Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout their experience. Develop knowledge of our food, wine, beer, and craft cocktail offerings Process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service team members to ensure smooth operation Maintain a clean, organized dining area and reset tables for arriving guests. Respond professionally to guest concerns and involve management when appropriate Assist with other duties as assigned.
