Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations with professionalism and enthusiasm Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and efficient seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest relations Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting tables and clearing dishes Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service delivery Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in hotel or guest services can be advantageous but is not mandatory Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding service!
