Your impact We are seeking a highly experienced Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Lead to oversee the testing and commissioning activities for used water treatment facilities. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on site experience in complex process systems.
This is a site-based position requiring close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all testing and commissioning activities from planning through execution Liaise and coordinate with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities Coordinate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated system performance Review and validate commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules Drive proactive planning and preparation of T&C documentation Oversee and participate in: Pre-commissioning activities Process commissioning and performance testing Arrange, lead, and participate in technical and coordination meetings, including ad-hoc sessions as required Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards Here's what you'll need To eligible candidate, you shall be possess: Minimum Degree in Process, Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in testing and commissioning. Proven experience in used water / wastewater treatment facilities.

Strong background in:
Sludge treatment systems Co-digestion processes Cogeneration systems (preferred) Demonstrated experience managing T&C activities in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
