Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant food service team! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance guest satisfaction Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities and improve guest experiences Manage table settings, bussing, and sanitation to uphold cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with sanitation regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns swiftly Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food allergies to provide informed recommendations and guest relations support Assist with reservations using platforms like OpenTable for efficient seating arrangements Support guest relations by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring a positive dining environment Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation enhances service quality Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety protocols is essential Serving or host/hostess experience provides a solid foundation for this role Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations are required Knowledge of restaurant operations including bussing, food safety standards, and kitchen procedures is beneficial Join us as a Server and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
