Food Expo / Expeditor | $16-$22/hr Pastavino is hiring a Food Expo / Expeditor to join our team in Greer, SC. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced full-service restaurant. The expo is an important connection between our kitchen and dining room, making sure every plate leaving the kitchen is accurate, properly presented and delivered at the right time. Pay is $16-$22 per hour based on experience. What You'll Do Organize and coordinate tickets during service Check plates for accuracy, quality and presentation Garnish and finish plates according to our standards Ensure modifications and special requests are correct Communicate clearly with the kitchen, servers and food runners Coordinate timing so tables receive their food together Direct food runners and ensure food goes to the correct tables Maintain a clean and organized expo station Help keep service moving smoothly during busy periods What We're Looking For Full-service restaurant experience preferred Previous expo or food-running experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to read and organize tickets quickly and accurately Clear communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual and organized Able to remain composed during busy dinner service Evening and weekend availability This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys being in the middle of a busy restaurant service and takes pride in making sure food leaves the kitchen correctly and on time.
