Position Summary The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with a high level of presentation. This role supports servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver food to the correct tables efficiently and accurately Ensure all plates are presented properly (garnishes, cleanliness, correct seat numbers) before leaving the kitchen Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers regarding orders, modifications, and timing Assist in expediting orders during busy service Describe and know dishes when delivering them to guests when needed Run sauces, condiments, and extra items promptly Help maintain cleanliness on expo line Has knowledge (or want to learn)
