Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure seamless food and beverage delivery, and create memorable moments for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including food safety standards, wine pairings, and cocktail recipes Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and food safety practices Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while delivering excellent guest service Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction Background in hospitality or customer relations roles that emphasize guest engagement and service excellence Basic math skills for cashiering and sales transaction processing; food handling certifications are a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
