Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper handling of special requests and dietary needs Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food preparation when needed Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring overall satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy shifts Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food industry terminology, serving techniques, and basic math for cash handling and billing accuracy Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver exceptional guest experiences!
