Responsibilities / Skills

Sell alcohol or non-alcohol beverages to restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve appetizers and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Knowledge of ingredients /prep of specialty and classic cocktails Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Strong food knowledge and food safety standards Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Passion for food and fun! Resume and proven working experience as a server Excellent knowledge of wine, beer and alcohol (Must be comfortable with wine and wine service) Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep work area organized, stocked and clean POS
