Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with menu selections, including wine and spirits recommendations Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Upsell menu items including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and service areas; bus tables as needed to ensure a tidy environment Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address questions or concerns promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience with fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Join our team where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets professional growth!
