Job Description

Overview We are looking for Servers, Bartenders, Food Runners & Expo people to join our vibrant team as a Front of House Staff member and become the welcoming face of our establishment! In this energetic role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, create memorable dining experiences, and ensure smooth operations in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a warm atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Handle cash register transactions accurately and manage billing processes seamlessly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and serving stations Support catering and banquet events by setting up, serving, and clearing tables with professionalism Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all items Collaborate with team members to deliver a cohesive and enjoyable guest experience Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Experience in serving, food handling, or catering roles enhances your suitability for this position Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is essential Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience with banquet service or event catering is a plus Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation can be beneficial A background in hospitality or the food industry demonstrates your commitment to excellent service Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
