In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing friendly, attentive service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Whether you're taking orders, serving food, or handling transactions, your positive energy will be key to our success. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations to enhance their experience No need to run the food. We have food runner robots Serve drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Upsell menu items to increase sales and improve guest satisfaction through friendly suggestions Assist in basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants with a strong understanding of restaurant operations Familiarity with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry Ability to perform basic math for cashiering, retail math, and grocery store transactions Experience in upselling, sales techniques, and serving in a café or retail environment is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
