As a server, you will deliver exceptional customer service, expertly handle food and beverage orders, and create memorable dining moments for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations as needed Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate billing and cash handling Previous experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess roles or related positions is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us at Dig in the Park where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
