Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, energetic attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food, cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items including drinks, desserts, and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems; handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; bus tables promptly and assist with food handling when needed Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions about menu items like wine knowledge or cocktail options, ensuring a memorable dining experience Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or high-volume settings Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service techniques Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately; ability to upsell confidently to maximize sales opportunities Join us as a Professional Server where your enthusiasm fuels memorable experiences!
