Manage high-volume food production during busy periods while maintaining quality standards and recipe adherence. Support dietary department operations by handling food safely, assisting with meal prep for special diets, and ensuring proper food handling techniques. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent guest service at all times. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within the food industry or restaurant settings. Familiarity with food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures to maintain health standards. Excellent serving skills combined with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction. Knowledge of dietary aide practices, food handling regulations, and dietary department procedures is a plus.
