Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages with professionalism and flair Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations as needed to ensure smooth service flow Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Culinary experience or food industry background is advantageous but not required Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Experience with OpenTable reservations system is a plus Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest satisfaction Join us to be part of a lively team that values hospitality excellence!
