Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and multitask seamlessly Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
