Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and drink orders using Square POS systems ensuring timely delivery. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Serve food and beverages professionally while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations. Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering repeat business. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Utilize reservation systems like Table Agent to manage seating arrangements efficiently during peak hours. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of Square POS systems; experience with Table Agent is a plus. Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation enhances your ability to serve confidently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability in sales techniques, upselling, and customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
