Tips are included in hourly pay! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Use POS systems such as focus to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the menu and cater to guest preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to provide exceptional customer service and promote sales. Experience Proven bartending experience in fine dining or hospitality environments with strong cocktail mixing skills. Knowledge of beverage recipe development, mixology techniques, wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, and brewing processes. Experience in food service or restaurant settings with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills in busy settings. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math understanding, and food industry calculations. Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus; food safety certification is preferred but not required.
