As a Server, you will be the key point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and efficiency in a refined environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus, offering recommendations based on their preferences. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery. Demonstrate extensive wine knowledge, including wine pairings and recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, and other specialty drinks with professionalism and flair. Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions confidently. Ensure all food and beverages are presented attractively and served at proper temperatures. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests. Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Qualifications Proven experience in food service, preferably within upscale or fine dining establishments. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation techniques. Ability to provide excellent customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
