We are looking for qualified servers that are eager to learn in an ever-changing environment, while maintaining excellent hospitality and service standards for our guests. In this lively role, you will deliver exceptional customer service during weekend brunch hours, ensuring each guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their brunch experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wines, spirits, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety protocols in food handling and sanitation Assist with setting up tables, bussing, and resetting dining areas to maintain a clean and inviting environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly for an outstanding guest experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy brunch hours while maintaining quality service Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Previous experience with Resy and Toast or similar reservation management tools is a plus Join us as a Brunch Server and become part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable moments through exceptional service.
