Previous experience in fine dining preferred. However, we will train the right candidate. Must be able to work weekends.

Qualifications:

Proven service experience in a fine dining establishment The ability to exude hospitality to every guest while maintaining our standards of service Able to work in a fast paced environment Attention to Detail Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor Patient, responsible, and trustworthy Excellent communication skills Excellent physical condition and stamina Desire to be a part of a successful team High school diploma is a plus but not required Responsibilities Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation Attend to customers once they are seated Answer question about our menu items, help customers select food/beverages, and make recommendations Take and serve orders Manage tables paying attention to customers' needs Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure customer satisfaction Able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and guests
