Position Responsibilities Welcome guests promptly and create a friendly first impression Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations Take accurate food and beverage orders Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Check back with guests to ensure everything is prepared correctly Offer desserts and additional items to enhance the experience Maintain clean, organized tables and work areas Work closely with the kitchen and bar to keep service running smoothly Handle guest payments accurately and honestly Support teammates and contribute to a positive crew environment Basic Requirements Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Reliable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and follow the Captains Table service style Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts Weekend and evening availability preferred Previous serving experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right person
