Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed. Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy in orders. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and utensils after each use. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of meals. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
