Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems such as OpenTable or similar platforms Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth transactions Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, preparation, and serving processes Clear tables efficiently, bus tables, and assist with basic food preparation or kitchen support as needed Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement Experience with reservation management tools like OpenTable is a plus Demonstrated skills in customer service, guest relations, and effective communication within diverse teams Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
