The ideal candidate will assist with customer service, order taking, food and beverage service, pickup orders, dining area maintenance, and general restaurant support while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional hospitality service. Take customer orders accurately and communicate special requests to kitchen staff. Assist customers with menu questions, pizza selections, toppings, and available options. Process customer payments and operate the POS system accurately. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time. Verify completed orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper presentation. Package pizzas and other menu items securely for pickup and takeaway service. Assist with delivering food and beverages to guests when needed. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming counter, dining, and service areas. Clear, clean, and reset tables and service areas as needed. Restock pizza boxes, utensils, napkins, condiments, beverages, and other supplies. Communicate guest requests, concerns, and order issues to appropriate team members. Support kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy service periods. Follow food handling, sanitation, cash-handling, and workplace safety procedures. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties. Perform other hospitality and restaurant support responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Previous pizza restaurant, restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment processing. Strong attention to order accuracy, cleanliness, and service quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good teamwork, multitasking, and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving for extended periods. Ability to handle customer requests courteously and professionally. Willingness to learn different restaurant stations and responsibilities. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
