Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with professionalism, including wine knowledge and drink presentation Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for seamless order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Beverage service expertise including cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine pairing, and drink presentation Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to deliver smooth service experiences Embark on a rewarding journey in the food industry where your energy makes a difference!
