Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused Servers to join our team! Our restaurant is known for great burgers, cold beer, and outstanding customer service . As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent food and beverage service, and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate is friendly , hardworking , team-oriented , and thrives in a fast-paced environment .
Compensation:
Base pay of $5.93/hour plus tips Average earnings typically range from $20-$30+ per hour including tips , depending on shifts worked, sales volume, and performace
Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service Take accurate food and beverage orders Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, daily specials, burgers, beer selections, and promotions Serve food and beverages in a timely manner Check on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction Upsell menu items, appetizers, and beverages when appropriate Process payments accurately using the POS system Maintain a clean and organized dining area Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Work as part of a team to provide exceptional guest experiences Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
Qualifications:
Previous serving experience preferred but not required Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout a shift Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
