• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team at Common Ground.

As a key member of our service staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include serving food and drinks in a prompt and courteous manner, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Duties:

• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Take food and drink orders, answer questions, and make recommendations
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage tables, bussing dishes, and clearing the dining area
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures
• Assist with catering events and special occasions
• Provide help to other team members as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to restaurant standards
• Develop a thorough understanding of the restaurant's policies, procedures, and standards

• Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting
