Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our restaurant, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring food and beverage quality. Your enthusiasm and hospitality will create memorable moments for our guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, such as Toast POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, cashiering, and RESY reservations with precision and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for bills, and guest relations to foster a positive dining environment Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Toast and RESY reservation platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and handle inquiries professionally Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus for understanding menu items and dietary needs Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods without compromising service quality Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest interactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in bussing tables, host/hostess duties, or supporting kitchen operations is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, billing calculations, and managing transactions efficiently Join us as a Server if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
