Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or restaurant setting. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining safety standards.
