What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in fine dining service Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits Mastery of polished steps of service and guest engagement A confident sales-driven mindset with the ability to guide guests through menus, pairings, and upselling Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional, detail-oriented dining experience Execute precise and polished service standards Educate guests on menu items, cuts of steak, and beverage pairings Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and upselling Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism on the floor
