Support team members during busy hours by helping with order delivery or clearing tables. Follow all health and safety guidelines to provide a safe environment for staff and guests. Respond politely to guest questions or concerns, aiming to resolve issues quickly and professionally. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays. Basic knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial but not required; training will be offered. Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the restaurant team.
