Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest service while delivering a memorable dining experience. Duties Greet guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring a positive first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS Serve food, beverages, a promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items Handle transactions accurately through cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transaction processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food safety Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts with multitasking skills in serving, bussing, and cashiering Culinary experience or food industry background preferred to better assist guests with menu choices Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Food safety certification and sanitation practices knowledge required or willing to train on site Join us in creating memorable dining moments!
