The Swann House is our Italian Steakhouse, with The Quail's Den being our attached Speakeasy Tavern. Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic dining experience! In this role, you'll deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating memorable moments for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Toast Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and beverage service with spirits expertise Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions smoothly while handling cash handling responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, serving areas, and dining spaces Assist with bussing tables, running food, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure seamless service Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including upscale and fine dinning settings Knowledge of POS systems Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Culinary experience or food industry background is highly desirable Knowledge of wine, spirits, beverage service, and drink presentation techniques Food safety certification or understanding of sanitation protocols is preferred Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Previous experience in serving 3 years minimum Available to work weekends and some holidays Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your energy makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
