Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage reservations and guest relations using platforms like OpenTable to optimize seating flow Maintain a clean, organized dining area that adheres to food safety regulations Demonstrate knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation to educate guests and recommend pairings Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive relationships Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell effectively and build guest loyalty Ability to process cash transactions accurately while managing sales transactions efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for billing accuracy and inventory management Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a vibrant hospitality setting Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality shines!
