Job Summary We are seeking energetic and friendly Servers to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while delivering delicious food and beverages with enthusiasm. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Whether assisting with food preparation, handling transactions, or creating a welcoming atmosphere, you will play a vital role in our success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with enthusiasm and clear communication Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality and customer satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff with basic culinary tasks Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially quick service or fast food settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards within the food industry Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Experience with food preparation, bussing, and kitchen support roles preferred Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Culinary experience or background in cafes or grocery stores is a plus Join us as a Friendly Server and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating joyful dining experiences!
