- Overview
- As a Server at Big Kahuna Wings, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
- Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to guests
- Provide recommendations on menu items, alcohol knowledge, a huge plus, but we will also train
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Process payments and operate a server bank
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Skills
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- must be able to obtain aTABC card or speed already having one a plus
- Proficiency in basic math for order processing and cash handling. Prior pos experience a plus, working knowledge of Toast a huge plus.
- Ability to multitask, throughout the shift, duties include but not limited to, busing tables, running food, helping others
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Strong guest relations skills to provide excellent customer service
