$19.00/hour Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Server Assembly Technician to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling servers and related components on a production line while following established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, using hand tools, performing repetitive tasks, and working as part of a team. Previous experience in server assembly, electronics assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble servers and related components on a production line according to established procedures and specifications. Follow written and verbal work instructions, diagrams, photos, and assembly specifications. Use hand tools and production equipment to assemble, install, and fit components and parts. Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards. Identify and report assembly or quality issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor. Meet established production, quality, and efficiency goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S principles . Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. Work effectively with team members to meet daily production objectives. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. QualificationsEducation & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, electronics, server assembly, warehouse, or similar environments preferred. Experience using hand tools is a plus. Skills & Abilities Ability to read and understand written instructions, diagrams, photos, and assembly specifications. Ability to safely use basic hand tools and production equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Basic math skills. Basic computer skills, including the ability to log in, open files, and navigate basic computer functions. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to wear required PPE, including hearing protection and other safety equipment. Ability to work a flexible schedule as required by production needs. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds . Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods. Ability to move throughout production and warehouse areas. Ability to work occasionally in a non-temperature-controlled environment . Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
