Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic food service team as a Food Service Worker, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will assist with food preparation, serve customers with a friendly attitude, and ensure that all food safety standards are upheld. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes quality service and culinary excellence. This position is at our food trailer in Lebanon, TN. You will be scheduled to work independently after training. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently while maintaining a positive and engaging demeanor. Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. Assist with events. Support the team in cleaning kitchen equipment and the entire food trailer, including discarding of garbage, waste water, turning off propane, and filling water. Collaborate with co-workers and work well together in close quarters. This is a tipped position, the quicker you worker, and the better you serve customers, the better income potential you have. We split tips amongst whom is working. If you can handle the truck by yourself, the tips are yours to keep! Requirements Prior experience in food service or people services highly preferred. We will pay for food safety certification pending the right availability. We are looking weekdays and weekend coverage. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members. Experience in serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices aligned with industry standards. We are a small, local business and pride ourselves on serving high quality food with exceptional flavor- we are looking for those that want to serve good meals, put a smile on people's faces, and hustle. These are the hours we are looking to fill:
Mondays:
11a-9PM (every Monday) Rotating (every other weekend) Friday 11a-10p or 11a-4:45pm l Saturdays 9a-5pm, or 11a-10p, or 5p-10p Pay depends on availability to help prep in the truck - if you are unable to cook/ prep food, pay will be less than $15 an hour. $15 an hour means all responsibilities are able to be performed including cleaning and counting inventory.Pay:
