This position focuses on providing a welcoming, respectful dining experience for residents in a structured, hospitality-focused environment. Unlike a traditional restaurant setting, our servers play an important role in supporting residents' daily routines and overall well-being.

• , Rotating weekends Responsibilities Greet residents warmly and assist with seating in the dining area Take meal orders accurately, paying close attention to dietary needs and special requests Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining proper presentation standards Provide friendly, attentive service and build positive relationships with residents Assist residents during meals as needed to ensure comfort and satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines Support kitchen staff with tray delivery, restocking supplies, and light service tasks Bus and reset tables to prepare for the next meal service Assist with dining room setup and breakdown before and after service Requirements Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or senior living preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a patient, respectful, and positive attitude Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a consistent schedule Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with residents and staff Ability to multitask and stay organized during meal service Reliable and punctual Work Environment & Schedule Structured meal times (breakfast, lunch, dinner) No late-night or bar shifts Supportive, team-focused environment Why Join Us?
