We have an amazing opportunity to work in a beautiful environment at Fall Creek Falls State Park Lodge in Spencer, TN. Nestled among stunning natural scenery, the park is a premier destination for conferences, business retreats, and unforgettable family vacations. Our modern lodge features a full‑service restaurant, welcoming lounge, and versatile catering facilities—creating a dynamic environment where our team plays an essential role in elevating each guest's experience. We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and service‑minded individual to join our restaurant team as a Lead Server. This position plays a key role in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service while providing exceptional food and beverage experiences for guests in both the lounge and dining room. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume setting, excels at multitasking, and enjoys creating memorable moments for visitors from near and far. This role requires the physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry items as needed throughout the shift. A ServSafe certification is required within 90 days of hire. Weekend and holiday availability is essential due to rotating schedules. This position offers an hourly wage plus tips.
Highlighted Responsibilities:
Coach and train new or existing servers in restaurant service standards and catering events. Assist with stocking and setting up restaurant and catering tables before each shift or function. Ensure guest satisfaction by placing food and beverage orders in a timely manner. Assist with pre-shift meetings to discuss shift objectives and nightly food and drink specials. Suggest wine pairings to guests to complement their food selections. Be familiar with locally sourced beverage offerings and can distinguish the unique nature of each product to guests.

$10.50 per hour
