Director of Food & Beverage Position Summary Provide exceptional dining service by enthusiastically serving members and guests, recommending menu items to enhance their experience, accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and correctly processing member charges. Ensure members receive personalized, attentive, and seamless service that reflects the Club's standards of excellence throughout their dining experience. Perform all food and beverage service duties in a courteous, ecient, and professional manner while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities Consistently deliver exceptional service by welcoming members and guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner, remaining attentive, anticipating their needs, and providing prompt, personalized service throughout their dining experience. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting mutual trust, respect, teamwork, and open communication among all team members. Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly, ensuring accuracy, quality, and exceptional service throughout the dining experience. Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, remain composed under pressure, and exercise sound judgment to resolve guest concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Complete all assigned opening, closing, and side work each shift to ensure service stations are fully stocked, organized, and prepared to meet anticipated business levels and deliver efficient service. Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct at all times, demonstrating proper etiquette when interacting with members, guests, and fellow team members. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage menus, daily specials, and the Club's sequence of service to provide accurate information, make appropriate recommendations, and deliver an exceptional dining experience to members and guests. Maintain a working knowledge of the Club's facilities, amenities, programs, and events to proactively assist members and guests by providing accurate information and courteous, professional communication. Follow and enforce all health, safety, sanitation, and workplace policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment for members, guests, and fellow team members.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or a related customer service role preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally while establishing and maintaining positive relationships with members, guests, vendors, and fellow team members. Customer service orientated with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating a positive experience for members and guests. Knowledge of food safety regulations.
CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
1. Valid Driver's License. 2. A Server Permit (On-Premise Permit) 3. Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT
Working conditions are performed in both interior and exterior surroundings. Physical strength demands may require lifting, carrying, pulling or pushing objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
