Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and beverages promptly Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transaction processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing bills accurately Culinary experience or food handling knowledge is advantageous Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently in a lively setting Food safety certification or understanding of sanitation standards required; hospitality or restaurant experience preferred Join us to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences!
