About the Role As a Server at Family Diner, you'll do more than take orders — you'll help create warm, welcoming experiences that make our guests feel right at home. From the first smile to the last refill, your goal is to make every visit special. What You'll Do Greet guests with a genuine smile and treat them like neighbors stopping by for supper. Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure they're delivered just right. Know our menu inside and out — and proudly recommend your favorite dishes. Work closely with the kitchen team to keep things running smooth and timely. Keep tables clean, the dining room tidy, and guests happy from start to finish. Handle payments with care and accuracy. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards — because taking care of our guests starts with doing things the right way. What We're Looking For A friendly personality and a true love for people. Restaurant experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic go even further. Ability to stay organized and upbeat in a busy, fast-paced environment.
