Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and standards. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area, glassware, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and balance registers at shift end. Assist with food service duties such as bussing tables or supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations. Experience Previous experience in food service or beverage industry roles, including cocktail experience or fine dining environments. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beverage service techniques, and food safety practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately. Experience working in nightclubs, restaurants, or hospitality environments is advantageous.
