In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your culinary knowledge, sales skills, and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring proper presentation and timing Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately Upsell menu items including wines, specialty drinks, or desserts to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Assist with food handling, beverage preparation, and supporting other restaurant operations as needed Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for processing orders and payments Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to build guest relations Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization skills Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales reports Food safety certification and knowledge of sanitation standards required; food handling experience preferred Previous experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or bussing is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere!
